Overview
This course covers a variety of games and activities that introduce mindfulness to kids in a way that’s engaging and fun. It includes recorded demonstrations from real kids. You’ll learn how to guide kids through fun and playful breathing activities, mindful movements and games, sensory activities, and more. These activities are designed to help kids develop focus, manage their emotions, and connect with their bodies – all through playful, interactive experiences.
Participants will also learn how to adapt mindfulness practices for different age groups, settings, and abilities, ensuring that every child can benefit, regardless of their needs or environment. This course also provides strategies and tips to help course participants seamlessly integrate mindfulness into their classes, school days, or daily routines.
By the end of this course participants will be empowered to help kids build lifelong skills for focus, emotional well-being, and self-awareness through playful and meaningful mindfulness experiences.
